How do I register for SPF 2011?

Do I have to register in advance or can I register on-site?
We strongly recommend that you register in advance which will guarantee that you have a printed badge, conference materials and seating available upon your on-site registration check-in. However, on-site registration is accepted and registration payment must be paid in full at time of registering.
What are the registration fees?
Registration – 2 day Pass $2,450 USD
Registration – 1 day Pass $2,200 USD
What are accepted forms of payment for registration?
Accepted forms of payment in USD are Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express). If you need to pay with a Bank Transfer or Company Check, please contact events@chemweek.com for details.
IMPORTANT: When making registration payment via check or bank transfer, please include your given and family name and indicate SPF 2011 to ensure your payment is applied to the correct account.

How do I receive a paid receipt for my payment?
The confirmation sent by MBS Polymer via e-mail serves as confirmation and a receipt as it specifies the date and the amount of payment made. If you need additional information please contact MBS Polymer customer service at events@chemweek.com to request a paid receipt.
How can I receive an invoice to process my bank transfer or check payment?

How do I know if my registration was submitted, will I receive a confirmation?
You will receive confirmation via e-mail to the e-mail address provided to us when you registered. If you have not received confirmation within 2 business days, please contact MBS Polymer’s customer service at events@chemweek.com
Can I attend only one day of SPF 2011?
Yes. When you register for a one pass please indicate which day you will be attending.
Is there a registration deadline?
On-line registration will close at 5:00 pm Eastern on Thursday, November 10, 2011. After November 10, you can register at SPF 2011 registration on-site counters. However, we strongly recommend that you pre-register before November 10 to ensure your conference materials and seating.

Do I have to make my own hotel reservation?
Once you have registered for the conference, you will receive contact information for the Zurich Marriott and a promotional code that will allow you to make reservations at this reduced rate.
Is there a special hotel rate for SPF attendees and what is the hotel rate?
Room Rates:
Spacious Deluxe rooms in the north wing at CHF 370.00 including breakfast (double occupancy at CHF 395.00)
The room rate is per room and night including VAT and service.
The local city tax of CHF 2.50 per person and day will be charged separately.
*Once you have registered for the conference, you will receive a promotional code that will allow you to make reservations at this reduced rate.
Cancellation Policy: This reservation is non-refundable and must be guaranteed with a credit card.
