How do I register for Polyester/PET 2012?

Do I have to register in advance or can I register on-site?
We strongly recommend that you register in advance which will guarantee that you have a printed badge, conference materials and seating available upon your on-site registration check-in. However, on-site registration is accepted and registration payment must be paid in full at time of registering.
What are the registration fees?
Registration – 2 day Pass $2,700.00 USD
Registration – 1 day Pass $2,500.00 USD
What are accepted forms of payment for registration?
Accepted forms of payment in USD are Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express). If you need to pay with a Bank Transfer or Company Check, please contact events@chemweek.com for details.
IMPORTANT: When making registration payment via check or bank transfer, please include your given and family name and indicate PEPP 2011 to ensure your payment is applied to the correct account.

How do I receive a paid receipt for my payment?
The confirmation will be sent via e-mail serves as confirmation and a receipt as it specifies the date and the amount of payment made. If you need additional information please contact Chemical Week Events customer service at plastic.events@ihs.com to request a paid receipt.
How can I receive an invoice to process my bank transfer or check payment?
Please contact Chemical Week Events customer service at plastic.events@ihs.com to request an invoice.
How do I know if my registration was submitted, will I receive a confirmation?
You will receive confirmation via e-mail to the e-mail address provided to us when you registered. If you have not received confirmation within 2 business days, please contact customer service at plastic.events@ihs.com
Can I attend only one day of Polyester/PET 2011?
Yes. When you register for a one pass please indicate which day you will be attending.
Is there a registration deadline?
On-line registration will close at 5:00 pm Eastern on Friday, 10 February 2012. After 10 February, you can register at Polyester/PET 2012 registration on-site counters. However, we strongly recommend that you register before 10 February to ensure your conference materials and seating.

Do I have to make my own hotel reservation?
Yes. Polyester/PET 2012 delegates will receive a special group discount rate at the Swissotel. You will be sent informaiton about hotel pricing with your registration confirmation.
