How do I register for Dubai Plast Pro 2010?

Do I have to register in advance or can I register on-site?
We strongly recommend that you register in advance which will guarantee that you have a printed badge, conference materials and seating available upon your on-site registration check-in. However, on-site registration is accepted and registration payment must be paid in full at time of registering.
What are the registration fees?
Registration – 3 day Pass $2,300 USD
Registration – 2 day Pass $1,980 USD
Registration – 1 day Pass $1,730 USD
What are accepted forms of payment for registration?
Accepted forms of payment in USD are Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express). If you need to pay with a Bank Transfer or Company Check, please contact events@chemweek.com for details.
IMPORTANT: When making registration payment via check or bank transfer, please include your given and family name and indicate Dubai Plast Pro 2010 to ensure your payment is applied to the correct account.

How do I receive a paid receipt for my payment?
The confirmation sent by MBS Polymer via e-mail serves as confirmation and a receipt as it specifies the date and the amount of payment made. If you need additional information please contact MBS Polymer customer service at events@mbspolymer.com to request a paid receipt.
How can I receive an invoice to process my bank transfer or check payment?
Please contact Chemical Week customer service at events@mbspolymer.com to request an invoice.
How do I know if my registration was submitted, will I receive a confirmation?
You will receive confirmation via e-mail to the e-mail address provided to us when you registered. If you have not received confirmation within 2 business days, please contact MBS Polymer’s customer service at events@mbspolymer.com
Can I attend only one day or two days of Dubai Plast Pro 2010?
Yes. When you register for a one or two day pass please indicate which of the day(s) you will be attending.
Is there a registration deadline?
On-line registration will close at 5:00 pm Eastern on Thursday, March 18, 2010. After March 18, you can register at Dubai Plast Pro 2010 registration on-site counters. However, we strongly recommend that you pre-register before March 18 to ensure your conference materials and seating.

Do I have to make my own hotel reservation?
Yes. Dubai Plast Pro 2010 delegates will receive a special group discount rate at the Crowne Plaza hotel.
Is there a special hotel rate for Dubai Plast Pro attendees and what is the hotel rate?
Yes, the special room rates are:
Deluxe Rooms - Single/Double -room rate – 770.00 AED per night
Club Rooms - Single/Double – room rate – 990.00 AED per night
Hotel cut-off date is February 25th, 2010. After this date, the special reserved room rate can not be gauranteed.
If reservations are made after that date, they are subject to availability and a higher rate.

Do I need a VISA in order to enter Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)?
Nationals of the following Countries do not require Visas to enter the United Arab Emirates (UAE):
Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, GCC Countries, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States of America, and Vatican City.

How do I obtain a VISA in order to enter Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)?
When making your hotel reservation, please indicate that you need a visa and the hotel will contact you.
Please note: You must be registered for Dubai Plast Pro 2010 and registration paid in full in order to request your VISA.
